What You'll Make

• $1,000–$2,000 per deal closed
• 5 deals per week expected = $5K–$10K weekly potential
• Top performers earn $80K–$150K+ per year
• Uncapped commissions + flexible schedule

What You'll Do

• Talk with homeowners after hailstorms about their repair options
• Explain our insurance-approved repair process
• Set appointments and help customers schedule repairs
• Be part of the launch team as we expand into Cheyenne
