• Manages IT projects within the organization.
• Oversees technology-related research and development projects.
• Coordinates KTA resources and external technical resources.
• Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.
• *Latitude and Impact of Position**

This position works daily to obtain information, provide input, and

problem solve as part of a team, while using extensive technical and

industry knowledge. Most work tasks are self- determined and the

position may direct the work of others while providing coaching and

training in a formal and informal manner. Participates in short-term

planning. Decision making is done independently or with a supervisor and

all purchases must obtain supervisory approval.

Successful completion of job tasks impacts internal systems, processes

and procedures, customer satisfaction, and external relationships.
