Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships while helping guests find the best solutions for pain management, wellness, anti-aging, and athletic recovery. Your passion for health and fitness, combined with high-energy sales skills, will drive your success in growing a client book of business. Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wellness, pain management, anti-aging, or athletic recovery solutions.
• Assist clients with body sculpting services and help them select the best options to meet their goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Grow a client book of business by actively prospecting and nurturing client connections.
• Drive high-energy sales efforts, focusing on high-end commission opportunities.
• Educate clients about available products and services, emphasizing benefits aligned with their health and fitness objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of center and following all safety procedures within the medical facility.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Strong customer relationship building skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
• High energy level with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in health or fitness industries is required.

Additional Info: This position will work some evenings and Saturdays. Our hours are 9AM - 7PM weekdays and 9AM - 4PM on Saturdays. All employees are required to work at least 2 evening shifts weekly and 2 Saturdays a month. This position also requires that you are able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Body sculpting can be labor intensive and will be required as part of your acceptance of the position.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
