Job Title: CAE Engineer Location : Wichita, Kansas

CNH Industrial is seeking a skilled CAE Engineer – Structural Analysis to support the design and validation of off-highway and agricultural equipment. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing advanced finite element analyses to evaluate structural integrity, durability, and performance of mechanical systems and components. Perform structural CAE analyses for off-highway and agricultural products, including frames, castings, and welded assemblies.

Execute static linear and non-linear finite element simulations , including geometric, material, and contact non-linearities.

Conduct bolt joint analysis to evaluate joint integrity, preload, and load distribution.

Define and implement FE analysis methodologies in alignment with project requirements, standards, and best practices.

Review, interpret, and document simulation results, providing clear recommendations for design improvements.

Collaborate closely with design engineers , reviewing results and participating in technical discussions and design reviews.

Proven experience in structural analysis of off-highway and agricultural equipment or similar heavy machinery.

Static linear analysis

Non-linear analysis (material, geometric, and contact non-linearities)

Solid knowledge of bolt joint analysis and joint behavior.

Strong fundamentals in Machine Design and Strength of Materials .

Experience working collaboratively with design and cross-functional engineering teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
