Duties And Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral including (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, digital ads, email graphics, posters, signage, web assets, and promotional items.
- Create engaging visuals for use across social media, website, and in-club screens.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute campaigns across all club departments: Personal Training, Group Fitness, Aquatics, Pilates, Tennis, and more.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency in all creative projects, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Work with the Social Media and Event teams to develop visual content for in-club promotions and online engagement campaigns.
- Support creative needs for seasonal campaigns, club openings, member programs (e.g., GPerks), referral drives, and special events.
- Prep files for production and coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Stay current on design trends, health and fitness industry standards, and emerging visual platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming meetings and provide creative direction or input when needed.
- Deliver high-quality design work on tight timelines.
- Maintain professionalism and creativity while managing multiple projects.
- Be flexible and willing to revise or adapt based on feedback from Marketing Leadership and Club Management teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Social Media, Events, Sales, and Club Management.
- Uphold Genesis Health Clubs' brand values in all visual communications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and campaign goals.
- Understanding of file prep for both digital and print deliverables.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and feedback-integration skills.
- Available to work evenings and weekends for club events or campaign deadlines when needed.
