- Develop and drive the territory sales strategy for Diagnostic Cardiology and Vital Signs Monitors in the assigned region
- Provide post-sale support to customers to sustain growth and satisfaction
- Leverage knowledge of territory, product lines, and markets to execute policy and strategy with analytical thinking
- Understand market competition and differentiators to position offerings effectively
- Propose solutions beyond preset parameters to address complex problems across products, markets, and customers
- Prioritize information for informed decision making using internal and limited external sources
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and distributor relationships to lead overall territory strategy
- Lead small projects with low risk and resource needs, acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues
- Explain information clearly, develop team consensus, and convey performance expectations
- Bachelor's Degree & 3 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED & 6 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree & GE HealthCare CLP graduate
- Experience presenting complex information to decision makers (verbal and written)
- Willingness to live in the territory and travel within it
