Small sign shop has an entry level part-time position, 20-30 hours per week depending on work load. Potential to move to full-time.

We are locally owned and have operated for over 25 years. We strive on fantastic customer service and quality products. We are looking to fill a permanent spot on our team. Candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

SKILL SET

You’ll need an eye for detail as you learn to install a wide variety of signs and graphics including: window graphics, wall murals, dimensional letters/logos, panel signs, and vehicle graphics.

You’ll need basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and prepping materials. We need you to work on your feet and operate power tools (drills, saws, x-acto-knives, and measuring tools).We need someone handy to learn a trade or apply your skills. We’ll will train the right person that wants to learn, and can follow directions.

We need you to be dependable, quality-conscious, take pride in your work, produce quickly under deadlines, have a get-it-done attitude, and be capable of multiple tasks.

Potential to learn graphic design and be part of the design processes. So some computer skills and clear aptitude to learn new software is highly desired.

Duties include but not limited to

Submitting jobs for print/cut.
Take art work from proof stage to production.
Weeding/taping/application of vinyl cut lettering.
Lamination/mounting of printed graphics.
Installation of graphics at our shop and at customer location.
Clean and organize the shop.
Answer phone and work with customers in-house.
Assist management as needed.

Basic Skills Needed

Basic reading, writing, math skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Valid Driver’s license required.

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
