This position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information. Minimum Eligibility Requirements. High School Diploma or GED 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions. Act and work in a manner that is consistent with companys core values. Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the companys safe lifting practices standard operating procedures. Demonstrate the ability to drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic Ps of retail.
