Neighborhood Marketing Rep

Job Description

We’re hiring outgoing, competitive people to join our neighborhood marketing team.

Your job is simple

Talk with homeowners, introduce our company, and schedule free estimates for our design consultants.

No selling.

No closing deals.

Just starting conversations and setting appointments.

If you’re energetic and like being outside, this job can pay far more than most hourly roles.

What You’ll Do

• Walk neighborhoods and talk with homeowners
• Generate leads for window, siding, fencing, and outdoor projects
• Set appointments for our design consultants
• Represent a fast-growing home improvement company

Pay

$18–$22/hr base

PLUS bonuses per appointment

Most reps average

• $800–$1,200/week starting
• $1,500–$2,500/week top performers

Paid weekly.

Sales experience is great but not required.

Schedule

Part time or full time available

3pm–8pm weekdays
