The Marketing & Sales Representative develops deep expertise in consultative engagement, helping customers create seamless digital experiences with AT&T's complete set of service packages while driving territory performance through strategic relationship-building.

Role Requirements for a Marketing & Sales Representative

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote AT&T’s fiber, wireless, and entertainment services across assigned regions.
  • Recommend service bundles based on customer connectivity goals, usage habits, and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including branded messaging, promotional content, and localized campaign strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to enrollment and activation—for a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging service milestones, account updates, and customer interactions for tracking and retention.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Marketing & Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
