Role Description The Gallery Sales role is a full-time, on-site position located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will welcome visitors to the showroom, actively engage with clients, and guide them through furniture, décor, and design selections that align with their needs and preferences. You will create and present product recommendations, prepare quotes, and process sales transactions while maintaining accurate records in the gallery’s systems. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a polished showroom appearance, updating product displays, and collaborating with the design team to support ongoing residential and commercial projects. You will also follow up with prospects and existing clients, assist with scheduling design consultations, and participate in training or sales meetings to stay current on product lines and design trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide a positive gallery experience.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet goals, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth for the gallery.
• Experience in Training, including coaching team members or supporting product knowledge development.
• Comfort working in a retail or showroom environment, preferably in furniture, interior design, or home décor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move furniture or samples as needed to maintain and reset showroom displays.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
• Availability to work typical retail hours, including 2-3 Saturday's a month.
