Automotive Entry-Level Service Advisor | Up To $60K*| West Wichita

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing

• Learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests using branded vehicle
• Treat guests with respect consistent with Christian Brothers values
• Assist the shop with receiving, processing parts, and other errands
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Support team members with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing
• Coordinate and participate in guest service activities based on workload
• Serve as a community ambassador by creating authentic relationships and partnerships
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

About You

The company is looking for

• Proven successful customer service experience; driven to serve others
• Preferred experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Automotive Service Representative
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and guests
• Valid state driver's license and meet required insurance driving record parameters
• Ability to accept coaching and direction
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Dependability for Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
