Mandatory Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field)

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Aerospace as a Stress Engineer/Analyst

Strong knowledge in stress analysis of aero structures, nacelle, and EBU systems

Experience in metallic & composite structures

Hands-on with tools including FEADMS, IAS, ISSW, SASAFEM

Skilled in preparing & reviewing SCNs, SRMs, and technical reports

Responsibilities

Perform static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis on aerospace structures

Collect and interpret stress package requirements

Review engineering outputs and ensure accurate delivery

Participate in design & technical review meetings

Develop scope of work and execution plans aligned to requirements

Conduct classical hand calculations for primary & secondary structures

Apply Finite Element Methods for load extraction & complex analysis
