We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media/Marketing Strategist that enjoys working in a team environment! The Social Media/Marketing Strategist is responsible for the planning, content creation and execution of everything social media. The ideal candidate is a social media ninja with a strong working understanding of various platforms, trends, and content strategies. As the Social Media/Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our client’s social media strategies to engage audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our client’s brand and business objectives.
• Content Creation : Create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, and graphics, for various social media platforms.
• Customer Engagement : Collaborating with other BCC team members and clients to develop strategic social media campaigns.
• Content Calendar : Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure all campaigns, budgets and content are consistent with overall digital strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay Current : Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep BCC at the forefront of digital marketing.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media content-creation and strategy
• Proficient within the Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile Manager and Google Analytics
• Creative and free-thinking: The ability to brainstorm content ideas and execute from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) & strong working knowledge of content creation tools native to the platforms.
• Proficiency in content-creation tools and social media management software
• Culture champion – must embrace and embody the BCC culture.
• Demonstrates well-developed organizational and time management skills.
• Possesses a high degree of motivation and drive for results.
• Some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or other design software would be a plus.
• Creative/Media Agency experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time in person position.
