Position Description

The Sales Support Specialist will help deliver our marketing strategy for products and services and associated brand(s). In this role, you will collaborate with senior staff to assess customer needs to determine appropriate products, services and/or solutions. Assist with sales and marketing to help compare competitor capabilities with business capabilities. Help identify, analyze and recommend solutions for problems that occur. Assist marketing and sales manager, marketing manager, or product manager. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
