WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will represent Absolute Construction in local residential and commercial markets. The role combines field prospecting with customer conversations, solution-based selling, and ongoing support from your local leadership team.

You will

• Develop roofing opportunities through local prospecting, including door-to-door outreach
• Meet homeowners to understand roofing concerns and explain available solutions
• Guide opportunities through the sales and project process
• Participate in ongoing training and apply coaching to improve your skills

The schedule is flexible, but success requires discipline and consistent activity. Evening prospecting and Saturday mornings may provide strong opportunities to connect with homeowners.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

This is a performance-based sales opportunity with uncapped commission.

Committed representatives can build toward $100,000-$150,000+ annually, while top performers can reach $200,000-$300,000+. Exceptional performers have reportedly reached approximately $380,000-$420,000 in a year.
