As a Recruiter you will…

• Impact candidates and clients by matching the right people to the right jobs
• Partner with your Account Manager to understand client needs and deliver timely solutions
• Identify qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
• Screen and interview candidates via calls, virtual or in-person interviews, and reference checks
• Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews
• Build relationships with industry contacts for referrals and leads
• Perform administrative and customer service tasks

After successful training, the starting salary is $45,000 with unlimited weekly commissions. After 1 year, salary increases to $55,000, with ongoing earning potential.
