  • Support evaluation of returned products and warranty-related technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot multi-component and multi-vendor systems involving control systems, automation platforms, and instrumentation.
  • Lead root-cause analysis efforts and collaborate with internal teams to drive corrective and preventative solutions.
  • Recommend customized or non-standard solutions that balance technical risk, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Product teams to support strategic opportunities and long-term product improvement.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to inform product roadmaps and design enhancements.
  • Document customer interactions, findings, and solutions using standard business systems.
  • Mentor and support technical team members to elevate overall capability and consistency.
  • Lead or assist with advanced technical training for internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop application notes, diagrams, and technical guidance to reduce recurring support issues and improve customer experience.
